Manners and Music

We are currently learning our note values in KiddyKeys. This week our focus was on the dotted half note - with a count of 3. Relative to that, we discussed the words excuse me, which also get 3 beats. A wonderful discussion followed, complete with demonstrations, regarding the times in our life when we should say "excuse me". I love teaching preschool music!
